Many people believe that the process of discovering your purpose in life is a most difficult assignment. The reason for this is that most of us are never shown how. We seem to be expected to just figure it out on our own. Discovering your purpose is not all that difficult. You just need to learn how.
5 Steps to Discovering Your Purpose:
- Believe that you can discover your purpose. You will not discover your purpose unless you think that you can.
- Identify the unique gifts that make you who you are.
- Define your passions by paying attention to what brings you joy.
- List all the ways that you can combine your gifts and passions to be of service.
- Experiment
with the various combinations to see what flows and what does not.
Try to let go of thinking that discovering your purpose has to be difficult. The information you need is right inside of you. You just need to pay attention to what makes you unique, what you love to do, and what you stand for in this life.
